About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 Multi-seed wrap

  • 2 Eggs

  • 5 Cherry tomatoes / 1 small Tomato

  • ½ cup Rocket

  • 1/4 cup Low-fat milk

  • 1/4 cup Cottage cheese (optional)

  • 5ml Olive oil

  • Salt And Pepper

Preparation

  • Heat a non-stick pan up to moderate-to-low heat. 

  • Whisk the egg, milk, salt & pepper together. 

  • Add the egg mixture to the preheated pan.

  • Add the Multi-seed wrap on top, and allow to finish baking

  • Flip the wrap and add diced tomato & rocket

  • Fold the wrap and serve.
