I'm Bernadine Blom a registered dietitian & South African certified lactation consultant based in Midstream, Gauteng. As a dietitian, I believe optimal nutrition is important during all stages of life! I'm passionate about optimal nutrition for both mother and baby during the first 1000 days and beyond. I'm able to provide support to first-time mothers to ensure optimal nutrition during pregnancy, help mothers prepare for breastfeeding and provide guidance on good complementary feeding when starting solids. I'm also able to provide further support to a mother that is experiencing breastfeeding difficulty. I'm here to empower you in improving your health.

A call-out fee may be added to the bill.
Antenatal Breastfeeding Preparation
If you are a first-time mom this one is for you.

I highly recommend getting assistance before your baby arrives. During this consultation, we discuss all things breastfeeding-related & provide you with a breastfeeding care plan.
This makes for a great baby shower gift as these sessions can be done virtually too.

Are you looking for a safe space to make mom friends? Come and enjoy a cup of coffee and relax. The group gathers each second Friday. Salsa Mexican Grill Midstream offers a calm and relaxed space for mommies & babies to enjoy the morning. All babies are welcome to weigh. R30 to attend.*
